That depends on your property and its history. Most homes do well with service once or twice a year. Commercial kitchens and restaurants usually need quarterly visits. Properties with root problems or older pipes might need service every 6 months. We figure out the right frequency during the initial inspection and adjust it if things change.
You call us just like you would normally, but as a maintenance plan member you get priority scheduling, which means you go ahead of non-members in the queue. If the issue is related to something we should have caught during a maintenance visit, we'll make it right.
Yes. There's no long-term contract that locks you in. We want you on the plan because it's working for you, not because you're stuck in an agreement. If you decide to cancel, just let us know.
